KAMO is a camera photo-toy that lets you place a small 3D figure into your photos, paint it to blend in, and share a "spot the figure" challenge. We built KAMO to collect as little data as possible.
We do not have accounts. We do not upload, store, or sell your photos. Everything you create is processed on your device. We do not collect personal information.
KAMO uses your camera and photo library only to let you create and save your images. Your camera feed and any photo you pick are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to our servers (we don't have any). Saving an image writes it to your own photo library, with your permission.
KAMO Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple's App Store and our payments provider, RevenueCat, to unlock and restore your purchase. We receive an anonymous purchase status only (whether Pro is active). We never see your payment details — those are handled by Apple. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's.
KAMO does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking, and does not sell data. If we add anonymous, aggregated usage analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.
When you tap Share, the image you created is handed to the app you choose (e.g. Instagram or Snapchat) through the standard iOS sharing tools. What happens next is governed by that app's own privacy policy.
KAMO is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Because we don't collect personal data or keep accounts, there is no personal profile to access or delete. Deleting the app removes any locally-stored settings.
