By downloading or using KAMO, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
KAMO lets you place a 3D figure into your photos, paint it to camouflage, and share the result. You are responsible for the photos you create and share and for respecting the rights and privacy of anyone or anything in them.
KAMO+ unlocks every Pro camouflage brush (Dapple, Leaf, Camo) and the fine brush-size slider. It is offered two ways:
Auto-renewable subscription terms. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same price and period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases can be restored on the same Apple Account via the "Restore" button in the paywall. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms.
Don't use KAMO to create or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.
You own the photos you create with KAMO. The KAMO name, logo, 3D figure and app design belong to us and may not be copied or used without permission.
KAMO is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
